Do Samsung refrigerators still have ice maker freezing up issues?

I am interested in Samsung's FR28R7551SG model, but I am finding out that lots of people had issues with the ice maker freezing up in their french door Samsung refrigerators. There is even a class action lawsuit against Samsung about it. My question is has Samsung redesigned the ice maker or found a fix for it? My search online does not give me definitive answer.
Or are you not having any issues with your Samsung refrigerator and the complaints in the Samsung forum are just a small number of the refrigerators gone bad? Thanks!

Hi there, I have Samsung refrigerator and so far I don't have any issues. I think you can go to official Samsung issue forum and try to find something there.

Yes! But it really wasn't that big of a deal to fix. My husband watched a Youtube on how to fix it by unfreezing the components and extending the length of the heat tab.
