Thanks for responding. I want 16 but I've heard horror stories about Apple gift cards not working and having issues with refunds. In any case the target deal seems a tiny bit sweeter at $100 + 5% red card discount and the promotional $10 target gift card. It would be amazing to get $240 back on my purchase. Hmmm

I would buy a digital one online not in store. When target ran this deal on Black Friday many people got scammed by in-store physical cards that were already redeemed. Just look at the old threads. I bought 2k worth online and they were all digital cards so I was fine. My friend bought some in store and they were already used.

You can redeem the gift card and load the amount to your apple account for upto $2000 and then make a purchase. So you can buy 20 cards. But if you want to use the gift card directly during checkout then the limit is 8.

Don't they activate when customers buy it at the register? How can it be used before it's activated?
