Four (4) Tickets to Titans vs. Jaguars game on 12/8/2024 ("Event")
The estimated retail value of this prize is $600.
I was offered it 10/31 and declined the prize. Then this post 11-11-24. Afterwards 11-19-24 they offered it to another family member outside the household and she declined.
I picked the Titans as my favorite team namely because I was an Oilers fan but the stadium is hundreds of miles away.
Just because we(my family and I) picked them in the COKE® ZERO SUGAR FOOTBALL INSTANT WIN GAME AND SWEEPSTAKES https://www.coca-cola.com/us/en/l...k-football does not mean we live nearby to go plus the Titans are stinking it up at 3-13 this year. I could have picked a West Coast team but live on the East Coast!
That's 3 I know including this post it was offered too. I wonder how many they tried to offer it to and if there was a taker?! $600 added to a tax return to drive to a losing team stadium during to a freezing rear weather game, no thanks.

I know recently the "some" voucher's emails have been saying (*what little my family has won definitely not trying to be negative or bring up the toughness of coming up with prize wins discussion*
Your Reward Digital who their using blocked our IP(s) and devices used a redeeming 2 of 6 $5 Prepaids. I told them when a person or household wins a few prizes or more through "Your Reward Digital" after a couple of activations "Your Reward Digital" blocks the IP(s) and device(s) you/everyone tries to redeem via their "activate" link(s).
This happened to more than just me but also 3 others outside my household in my family when getting the emails months ago for the $5 E-Prepaid sweeps lucky wins from 2024 Coke Zero Sugar Fall Promotion Football "Score Match Sweeps" portion.
I won a $15 Amazon(only prize won) in the Holiday +0ne and after many detailed emails, and seeming what was a different rep replying back not reading previous emails all attached to the first I got them to activate the link for me and send the $15 Amazon code.
*snip of one of my last emails over the past week:
This happened to more than just me but also others in and outside my household in my family when getting the emails months ago for the $5 E-Prepaid sweeps lucky wins from 2024 Coke Zero Sugar Fall Promotion Football "Score Match Sweeps" portion. That is when the blocking of any winning activate/redeem links via "Your Reward Digital" started for me and those others.
"Your Reward Digital" does not have a phone customer service phone number or email for winners to contact them directly and resolve this issue. Plus it would hard to explain the issue to them and they may not respond or try to help.
Also, If I or they were to win an instant win prize or sweeps activate link through COKE's promotion or any other promotion/sponsor as well those affected would still be blocked from activating/redeeming still.
I ask DJA to please reach out to or forward this to "COKE's promotions team" and "Your Reward Digital", "please" hopefully it helps by passing this info on to an upper source. Thank you activating the link and sending the gift card code, it was as/is a frustrating situation both months ago on the $5 Prepaid sweeps wins links and on this Amazon gift card link trying to explain many times it blocked our redeem activate links via any IP(s) & any devices the link(s) were clicked.

Enjoy my novel if you feel it's worth reading.

Yeah, our mistake was "hey I forgot about these and it has a deadline to activate", had them a month+. The link for the activate opens up to My Prepaid Center on Prepaids. It used to go straight to them then DJA threw Your Reward Digital in the loop, I guess for extra security, LOL I don't know.
DJA is ignorant of the processes of the +One App and it's wins, site wins and more as I found on many things they admin through my families' win issues lately.
When C0KE had "Flock to Unlock" Prepaid redeems went straight to My Prepaid Center I think and you could do the accounts info input no problem which for $2, $3 and $5 E-cards is a extra hassle and basically a paid promo like the Venmo wins.
2-3 years ago C0KE had prizes that went through Your Rewards Digital, and other companies that use(d) them like Pepsi maybe(?) and their gift card print page looks so generic on all of them. I told DJA that compared to other vendors like Cash Star(?) who ever else does them for Microsoft Rewards and etc.
Two family members won $5 Walmart E-GCs at that time, we took 3 MS Reward GC scans in, those worked easily at checkout, but YWD's barcodes gave errors, and never worked scanning. C0KE and or DJA are cheeping out using that vendor, they have no customer service email/phone contact and etc but ban you for small little prizes.
If it is for security from what I've read this past year and during the Holiday Promo it's not working as hackers got many of the prizes and I guess they can bypass a lot of stuff.
I'm staying away from IWGs now on C0KE due to botting and YWD. Definitely not worth my time anymore for this stuff.
I would maybe even wait longer than a day too if I had known beforehand. If I had time I'd spread it out over a week at least!

C0KE hires these admins/companies to process the wins so it does not fall back on them to do the work. Their a middle person so to speak. If you send an inquiry directly to C0KE they send it up to DJA the admin of promos for them.

Basically there a group like Merkle/aka HelloWorld that worked for C0KE, and Promotion Execution who did the Football $3 Venmo 60k & 4k prizes, had issues, had to send links person by person because of not coming through instantly only but just a few times and disappeared like a poot in the wind

pakle, to answer your question, coke refers to the reward type as "digital reward", winning notifications often have the verbiage "your digital reward", a company currently used to disburse them is "yourdigitalreward.com" ... and that "your rewards digital" was likely a typo.
My best guess is that the op was referring to digital rewards one self-redeems by clicking a link (as opposed to redeeming by responding to an admin-sent email w/ personal info then used to claim a prize).
As you know in recent years such self-redeemed digital rewards have been disbursed via links hosted by the eponymous yourdigitalreward.com, which company is overaggressive in thwarting legitimate attempts at prize redemption; more in cases of digital rewards that are financial instruments (i.e. visa/mc prepaid cards and similar), less so in case of loyalty gift cards (amazon, amc, target, etc). In the past coke has used egift.com, vcdelivery.com, et al
