Xfinity Vs TMobile for family plan?

I went to Xfinity mobile when they first came. No complain!
Now - we have a family plan:
One line called the other which was home - complain of cutting off or voice is in and out! Not a regular occurrence though. These are 4G phones from LG and Samsung.
Sending text - some time it gives error msg - you need to resend it again. Happens quite a bit.
Does these issues happen with TM too? Thinking of switching?
