This projector is only 4 millions pixel not full 8 mil. 1920×1080 x2 pixel shifting.

In the other hand it color and brightness are same 2800. Unlike others only shown brightness which many will fall for.

I have this projector. It's a good image and uses the 3LCD tech if you're familiar with it, but it doesn't do anything for "Gaming".

A few notes:

1. This projector is marketed as a "Gaming" projector, and that's where this projector comes up short. Epson misleadingly applies ambiguous footnote markers to some of their marketing about this projector supporting 4K60, HDR and 120Hz at 1080p. In reality, it doesn't support HDR at 4K 60Hz, but does support 4K 30Hz with 4:2:2 chroma subsampling at either 10 or 12 bit HDR. This means that HDR works for movies that run at 4K30Hz or even 4K24Hz, but it does not work at 60Hz. At best, you can game at 4K60Hz without HDR.

2. This projector doesn't support 120Hz at all. Not even at 1080p. I only found this out when I opened the manual (which you can also view online) and read the output specifications.

3. There's a removable compartment on this projector that houses a USB-powered Android stick, and that's plugged into an HDMI port (also hidden but accessible via removable cover). So by default, only 1 HDMI port is available, but you can remove the dongle without issue.

4. Comes with 2 remotes—one that operates both the projector plus Android TV dongle, and another exclusively for the Android TV dongle. So you could remove the Android TV dongle and plug it into another device if you so wish.

"Real world" 2K output aside, vertical lens shift at this price point is pretty great.
