This month's statement arrived today and was completely lacking that option.
Has anybody else found this issue? I know they promised to keep zero interest payment plans.. did they only keep it for 1 month?....

(1) placed a big order on Saturday with a 40% and see that several items are cheaper today with sale prices plus 25%. None of the items are coupon excluded. Will they give a price adjustment to the new price even though I used a coupon and lower price is with a coupon?
(2) I earned a lot of Kohl's cash, but will likely return a large portion of the order. I won't be able to return until after the expiration of the Kohl's cash. I know if I redeem all the Kohl's cash, that will be deducted from my return, which I don't want. After trying everything on and calculating the total of what I want to keep, is it safe to redeem a portion of the Kohl's cash? In other words, is the register set up to factor in the unredeemed Kohl's cash?
