How it works for me is that as soon as I pick up the item in-store, I receive an email with the $5 Kohls Cash, titled something like "thank you for picking up your order!" The email goes on to encourage you to use the $5 Kohls Cash to go shopping in the store, since you're already there. HTH.
Thank you.

New CEO ousted already.

And to add to your article:

"Buchanan will forfeit all his equity awards and be forced to pay back a pro-rata portion of his $2.5 million signing bonus from when he became CEO on Jan. 15, according to the SEC filing. His compensation was more than double that of his predecessor, with his pay package totaling $20 million. Kingsbury made just about $9 million.

Buchanan's base salary was $1.475 million and he earned a $3.75 million signing bonus, according to an SEC filing dated Nov. 22, 2024. His employment contract also included a one-time payment of $2 million of restricted stock that he could've collected after one year with the company; a one-time $15 million payment of restricted stock units that could've been paid out evenly after the first, second, and third anniversary with the company; and an annual long-term equity incentive award target of at least $9 million, with eligibility for annual equity awards that would've started this year."

Yeah a lot of us front line folks weren't happy with those numbers.

Honestly, I bet the Front Line workers, who actually listen to customers, would be able to help Kohls make a come back better than these greedy job hopping CEOs.

I'm out of practice on Kohl's and could use some advice:
(1) placed a big order on Saturday with a 40% and see that several items are cheaper today with sale prices plus 25%. None of the items are coupon excluded. Will they give a price adjustment to the new price even though I used a coupon and lower price is with a coupon?
(2) I earned a lot of Kohl's cash, but will likely return a large portion of the order. I won't be able to return until after the expiration of the Kohl's cash. I know if I redeem all the Kohl's cash, that will be deducted from my return, which I don't want. After trying everything on and calculating the total of what I want to keep, is it safe to redeem a portion of the Kohl's cash? In other words, is the register set up to factor in the unredeemed Kohl's cash?
Looking for more advice on how to maximize my Kohl's rewards. I ended up placing multiple orders in late April, earning $70 in Kohl's cash. After factoring in what I will return, I only spent $10 and let the rest lapse. But because of all my orders, I also received $25 in rewards. Ideally, I would do my returns first, then spend the balance of the rewards, but Kohl's is 70+ miles away so I doubt I will make it there before the end of May.

So I can spend the $25 and know that my returns will be reduced, which is not ideal unless it's something I was going to buy anyway. Or I can just ignore the rewards, which I also don't really want to do. If I calculate 5% of what I am keeping, am I safe to spend that amount? And can Kohl's Cash still be converted to a merchandise credit when an item is returned with a gift receipt?
