A decent price if all you do is shop at retail prices.
I personally get everything like this from grocery outlet. They regularly (actually always at mine) have taco seasonings for 50c a pouch, and have sales for 25c a pouch (old el paso, taco bell, etc). They also have the kits (shells, salsa, and seasoning) for 99c.

An error occurred... Getting same error people got the other day. Unable to clip coupon and unable to add it to cart. Probably for the best anyway, since this stuff might be expiring soon
