these send me immediately to the toilet. If you don't have a toilet nearby at the time, you will likely go to the bathroom on yourself. Also, you could eat 11 ozs of literally anything and lose weight considering how small that portion would be. If you buy into this marketing of lose weight and keep it off you would have to buy these for the rest of your life but anyway have at it.
