Their net carb calculation is 14g Carbs - 0g Fiber - 7g Sugar Alcohol - 4g Veg. Glycerin = 3g Net Carbs. I've not heard of "Veg. Glycerin" before. Does anyone have any experience or knowledge of that ingredient? Is it acceptable on keto?

I don't do "perfect Keto" so I don't have problem with Vegetable Glycerin, but you can read about it here: https://perfectketo.com/vegetable-glycerine/

They should get one star for at least not stamping the word Keto everywhere on the product. Also still not as bad as Atkin's products.
