It's not wise to stay uninvested for 4.99% apy for two reasons . Market is expecting aggressive rate cuts which means you probably have higher returns in medium and small cap funds . And also the apy will continue to fall as rates fall .

Same here I experienced it several times this year out of state and it was fixed after I had to call them twice I received confirmation but still had it happen as I was driving through different states using card. Switched to another card and no issue
