These work pretty well for mosquito bites. It replaced my tried and true method of pushing an X into the bite with my thumbnail, that's how good it is.
Heat can worsen inflammation by increasing blood flow. Also, while heat can temporarily provide relief by basically overriding the itch signal sent to your brain, the itch will typically return once the area cools down. Not to mention the risk of burning skin with hot silverware.

I like these they work pretty well. Also don't smell like the old aloe/menthol itch cream I used to use. Mosquitos love me.

I swear by the Beurer BR60. It puts a few seconds of concentrated heat and the itch goes away.

Sorry, this item can't be shipped to your selected address. Learn more. You may either change the shipping address or delete the item from your order.

I changed the address to a different town in the same state and there was no problem so it is NOT a state law that is stopping Amazon from shipping this to me. They just do not want to pay a few extra cents for shipping.

So no 9 to 11 day Prime shipping for me!

Compared this 0.47 oz X 3 at $5 or buying same Benadryl gel for 3.5 oz at $5.
