Aluminum is in antiperspirants, deodorants are usually aluminum free. Aluminum has been linked to Alzheimer's (https://content.iospress.com/arti.../jad191140), and whether or not it turns out to be true, no need to chance it IMO.

I use this deodorant regularly and it's worked well.

I have a pair of this and I'm not sure why but it burns my armpits if I use it long term (2 weeks). Ever since I noticed it, I avoid deodorants with glycol in it. So far, so good.

So you don't use deodorant at all? How did you determine glycol was the issue?

Glycol is present in all deodorants, even if it's only trace amounts.
