The reviews showing burn marks from these patches are a bit concerning. The Lidocaine versions seem to have better reviews.

Once the package has been opened for a while, the remainder patches don't work as well , may due to the medication gets evaporated...

use these regularly without any issues. could be that some people are allergic to the adhesive and react to it

I've been using these for years after a fellow record digger recommended them to me. They're the best of the best and nothing comes close. I actually prefer the smaller patches as they radiate the cooling relief very well and I can get better coverage. They are solely for occasional use after a week of heavy lifting, occasional re-injury etc. As a reminder to everyone, don't consume alcohol and wear any sort of muscle pain relief/back patches at the same time, its very very bad for you Smilie

I usually tape mine shut with a little scotch tape so the menthol doesn't evaporate. Also keep it in the original box. This happens with any similar patches for any brand.
