It cracks me up how often people parrot counterfeit cards on Amazon. I always choose Amazon because of how easy returns are. And I've bought a handful of SD cards and they've all been legit.

Have you ever noticed that no one ever says they, as a first hand account, actually received a counterfeit card? And then people like me who point it out just get downvoted? Or how about the 16,323 reviews averaging 4.7 stars?

You're crazy to reject a deal because there is a non zero chance of receiving counterfeit. Just return it.

I got this exact one 2 weeks ago and it's now my dash cam. Verified it with both Samsung's tool and f3.

Be careful buying memory cards off of Amazon. I received a broken counterfeit version of this card from them and they send gas lighting emails saying they believe it is authentic when it was obviously fake.

That's typical of Amazon. I'd only get cards from trusted dealers like Samsung directly, B&H Photo, Adorama, etc.

agree, i never buy memory like this from amazon. best buy or any other 'real' retail chain is gonna have the real deal every time
