I have both this and Wells Fargo Active Cash but the Wells Fargo gives cellphone protection and it's 2% back as well.
You can't get higher than 2% on all purchases, I checked.

This is incorrect. The Robinhood Gold card is unlimited 3% cash back on all purchases. I've had it for several months and it works great. The only caveat is that you must be a gold member, which costs $50/year. Technically not an annual fee, but really it is an annual fee, however indirect. Totally worth it though. Racking up rewards at rate 50% faster than with the Double Cash card (my go-to card for the previous decade) has been amazing.

The WF Autograph has 3% for cell phones. Also pair the citi cards with citi rewards for the extra boost.
Hi, i would put the rebate as a credit because they usually don't count credits as payments so you lose out on 1% of whatever that credit(s) is.
Like they removed it from your card after giving it to you? Late payment or something?
Years ago Citi out of the blue jacked up my APR during a tough time, never forgiven them since.
Not sure if this was answered but the only way points expire is if you close all accounts.
Oh man, this is so financial 101/ common sense and people still don't get it. I happened to browse through a few Reddit posts and people talked about APR, carrying a balance and their merely 3%-5% reward. It's utterly nonsense.

Yep and when I called they said I never had it even though they gave to me the month before. Had a savings account with them and emptied it out and turned on paper billing on all of my credit cards going forward.
I would close all my accounts with them but they are an important part of my 5% cash back on everything strategy
