Card Details:

- Earn 2% on every purchase with unlimited 1% cash back when you buy, plus an additional 1% as you pay for those purchases. To earn cash back, pay at least the minimum due on time. Plus, a special travel offer, earn 5% total cash back on hotel, car rentals and attractions booked on the Citi Travel℠ portal through 12/31/25.
- Balance Transfer Only Offer: 0% intro APR on Balance Transfers for 18 months. After that, the variable APR will be 18.24% - 28.24%, based on your creditworthiness.
- Balance Transfers do not earn cash back. Intro APR does not apply to purchases.
- If you transfer a balance, interest will be charged on your purchases unless you pay your entire balance (including balance transfers) by the due date each month.
- There is an intro balance transfer fee of 3% of each transfer (minimum $5) completed within the first 4 months of account opening. After that, your fee will be 5% of each transfer (minimum $5).

US Alliance offered that for a few years, but more recently that dropped to 2% everywhere cash back.
I'm not aware of any card offering 3% cash back on everything anymore.
You can get a bit above 2% cash, but only if you park substantial cash/investments in Bank of America accounts. More info about rewards cards here:

Yes, you can do this. Yes, most people usually pay their card only once per month. If you pay your statement balance every month, you pay no interest. Outside of special circumstances (like trying to earn a bonus with a $500 credit limit, or to get a temporary credit score boost), there's rarely a reason to pay more than your statement balance once per month.
I'm as much a fan of Citi as I am of any major bank, in that I find all of them to be scummy as fark, but there has never been an issue with any CC rewards, points, miles or cash...
