What is the difference between getting the PC ones or the PlayStation ones? Couldn't you buy one of the other and use them for both?

7X is for Xbox since it uses proprietary low latency direct pairing. The normal 7 can't connect wirelessly to an Xbox.

I did not see that and I have been tracking prices of this headset for about 10 days now across Walmart, Target, BB, Amazon, etc? Are you sure that price was not for 7+ which is a different headset?

They are different. OP's is Nova 7, which is $150 at Walmart and the $110 are just Arctis 7. Looks like Nova 7 was $125 2 months ago.
