Change plates have been fantastic for 5 and 10lb progressions on each of my bigger lifts, should also be fine for loadable dumbbells!

I needed some of these to hold down lighting and props, and figured I might as well buy a handle so I could actually work out with them between events.
I designed a slightly questionable 3D printed adapter to put these on a 1" dumbell handle and make ~8lb weights, which I've been enjoying.
