This is mostly erythritol, which has been shown to cause heart problems. It is pure garbage.

This is something that is indeed worth considering and was covered by the NIH as well: https://www.nih.gov/news-events/n...lar-events

The data suggests that erythritol does trigger platelet clotting to occur more quickly. This is especially troublesome for individuals who are prone to cardiovascular issues involving clots, atherosclerosis, etc.
