Sounds crazy, until coming home after a long day at work and all you want to do is collapse into the couch but you're hungry….10 seconds later you have a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Be careful though, speaking for a friend, if you do it once you'll never go back

Cereal is legit comfort food. I think it's OK to do that every now and again, but for me gone are the days when I can eat something like this regularly or in quantity.
