I just bought this to replace my WR902 travel router. They're fantastic to have when you travel often, and don't want to mess around with constantly logging everything into the wifi. It's capable of sharing internet from Ethernet/Wi-Fi/Cellular(with USB plugged in). This is unfortunately slightly larger than the one it replaced for me. For configuring the router you can use the app, but the web interface will provide you more advanced options. For powering it, use the included power brick/usb cable, or use a PD capable charger.
For the size, I really couldn't ask more out of a $50 router.
Gl.inet is your best bet. They don't hide the fact they just write an interface over open source packages and charge for it. It makes for a solid product. They offer the lowend and highend which pretty much have all the same functions except for if you put too many people on a lowend device and use too many features it will choke. But still they don't lock it away like other brands would.

They even let you load right into openwrt. Root access too. Got docker running even.
This is gonna turn into a GL.inet ad but they are seriously solid. Been using them for nearly a decade now and the most recent ones allow me to work from anywhere in the world without a hitch

Has there been countries where you couldn't use it?
