The 3S exists and is not much more than this typically.
I googled finger cot and basically they're condoms for your fingers. No way I'd ever consider wearing a daily finger condom for mouse preservation.
Agreed. The 3s has quiet clicks which is absolutely addicting. I'm so used to it now, every time I use a regular mouse I find the clicks so incredibly annoying.

I've had one of these for nearly a year now. Really good mouse. Replaced my original MX Master which was also very good, but good price made me replace before it died of old age.

It's not a gaming mouse.

Some may one want the 3S if they already have another device using a unifying receiver instead of bolt receiver.

I have two of this mouse and the mouse needs to connect to the app every time in order to set the profile. For whatever reason the setting keeps changing on it's own every so often and this gets super annoying. If they can change the mouse to making an onboard memory to store your personal profile this would be a very good mouse. It has very good ergonomics and I like the side thumb scroller. Ultimately I wouldn't recommend it.

Technically 3S has a design flaw and lots of people are having an issue while dragging just after using it for a couple of months.. I'm going back to a regular 3.

Wear a finger cot with these, I tried to sell my old S2 master, and it has a very nasty thumbprint from years of pressing.

This not having a dedicated DPI button on top of the mouse is a huge oversight. It's on the bottom. Makes it useless if you do creative work that requires changing DPI on the fly. And you can't change it in the menu. I had to return it. And Logitech customer service didn't help.

Anyone recommend a high dpi mouse with a dpi button that's also ergonomic?

Yeah, I use it for gaming. Obviously if you're playing competitively you want a wired mouse but this is fine for casuals.

You can set any of the buttons to toggle between two different DPIs. I have my hidden thumb button set to switch to high DPI when needed and then back again. Works perfectly.

This mouse is not good for gaming. It's on the heavier side, feel free to watch some Youtube videos or read reviews, but my conclusion was this is a horrible mouse for gaming. The response time is abysmal.
