It's because they're in an overhead somewhere in the store. Usually nowhere near the item your looking for.

A store near Buffalo Ny showed 4 in stock @ $3.50 each so I stopped by after work.It was not @ a end cap,it was up above on the top shelf.3 different workers helped find this.They had 5 so I bought them all.
