I went in, handed them a 15 year old mouse. They gave me a coupon for in store. I told them I planned to buy online, so they gave me a second coupon (and let me keep the first also). Or you can just pick the one off the shelf and check right out.
I plugged the code in online and picked up in person.

I've had two Logitech mice fail on me (G602 dongle stopped working, and G604 got double-click issues). Both happened well after a year of ownership, so outside of normal warranty time frame.

Both times I contacted Logitech support and they sent me a new mouse for free. The first G604 they sent was actually a replacement for the G602 since that was an older model.
