It's been slightly lower during BF and CM last year for $970. Personally I'm waiting the 55" C3 to go to this price for this year's BF/CM sales.

S90C at BestBuy for $1000 is a better deal.

Samsung's break easily. No thanks.

They do it intentionally.

Not true in my experience. My primary TV is an 83" LG C1, but before that I had a Samsung KS8000 for years. It bet it has 30 or 40K hours on it by now. We leave it on for our dogs when we are at work. It's been rock solid.

Just buy the GS protection plan from bestbuy and replace it within 5 years. Much better television than b3.

Why? 2 of 3 of those are inferior to the s90c which is already at the price you'd want a 65 inch middle tier oled for.

The S90C gets brighter but is not as good at playing low quality content. Also does not have Dolby Vision. May be worth it since all of the LGs except the B3 are $1299 and up though. I will probably wait for a better deal on the B4, C3, or C4. Comparisons:

Do you have any evidence to back this up? I agree that LG may potentially have some edge on SS for durability. But the S90C is a tier above the B3 series, and I'd personally take the image quality of the S90C over the G4, let alone C4. The brightness is good and the colors really pop. It's worth whatever the gamble is to get QD-OLED. Even if you're an LG fan and they made many over the years, the B3 just isn't on the same level as the S90C.

You can literally Google this, LOL.

Have a good one, not sure who you work for. The effort is admirable though.

BTW, Google "Samsung s90c broke". Fun times!

Honestly the Samsung KS8000 was a much better built TV in every way so I can't compare it to the samsungs now... I wish they were all as good as the Samsung KS8000 as far as QC and durability. Lg's seem to do well as oled's go. i have the s90C on order but not sure if will keep order or pick up something else if better pricing from now until Turkey day.
