Personally like a little sweet in my Italian dishes. Majoram is in what I use now.

That's a lot of herb dude, and a great price with max S&S, $5.52.

I plan to make delicious experiments with this Italian Seasoning. Normally, I just use oregano, basil, and a bay leaf in my red sauce. There's no way to know the proportion of the herbs, but they have basil and oregano as the final two, which means there's less than the first five. How much less, who knows?

Since there's no way of knowing, I'll try mixing a teaspoon of this plus a teaspoon of oregano and basil. If I find the right balance, I'll just add oregano and basil and have my own Italian blend.

Do a tablespoon of this and a half teaspoon of basil and oregano. Much more blended taste.
