I remember back in the golden days the hydrolyzed iso was as low as $30 for a tub. Now I'm lucky to get one for $50. Loaded up last time and bought 5 tubs.

Personally, I'd say this. It's a protein blend of concentrate, isolate, and hydrosylate. Levels is just concentrate. That being said, if it's important to you to have a "clean" protein, with minimal ingredients and that supposedly comes from "high quality"/grass fed dairy, then Levels may be better.

There are some trusted sellers. Make sure it's US, there's some overseas.
I bought ON 5lbs recently and the protein works. Its expiration is soon which is why it was at a good price. Keep a search alert and eye on it.
