Agreed. There are 2 or 3 companies that makes these and everyone just rebrands them. I'd say a good price is $15-$20 and $30 is a little on the higher side.
I think that's a good price. Great beginner polisher and its random. Sure, there are better ones out there but not for this price. Maybe the cheap one at Harbor Freight.
IMHO, they are really the same quality. They certainly both do the exact same job. Possible that they are even the same machine in a different housing.

Also lots of reviews mentioning this thing gets so hot they have to stop using it, and some mentions of them catching on fire.
So many better products on the market than the watered down garbage they sell.
