I have 6 of these and have travelled the world with them, they don't leak. The 25oz version fits in my cup holders. I love that the cap is simple enough to go in dishwasher. My only advice is the get the steel ones for the Summer (heavier, but keeps water/etc cold all day)

Got one of these last times and it leaks. Wouldn't recommend.

It also doesn't fit in my car cup holder so if I have to lay it awkwardly in the cup holder area. If I put it on a car seat water will be on the seat.

I would buy this if I didn't already have five.

I wouldn't have bought 5 if I had any leaking issues, but I rarely put them in a position in which they would leak, so I don't know how well these would fare with a lot of backpacking. I haven't noticed any leaking the few times I laid them in my car seat.

If you are just using them around an office or storing them upright in a cup holder, then you should buy exactly five.

I have a blue and a green. I use them for the elliptical and treadmill. No leaks.

Like the person after you, I am a fan of the simple lid design for the dishwasher. No straw to clean and no needless rubber gaskets. Easy clean and dry.

My reason for owning five is that I'm not the only person in the household who uses these, but more importantly, slickdeals has suckered me into buying probably two more than I really need with deals like these.

I also like the attached lid top which I can just flip back without entirely screwing and unscrewing.

If I'm doing something with a lot of walking, I prefer to bring my Owala for some sweet straw action.

As seen in my video above what can I do so it doesn't leak

I have 4 in various sizes and I don't recall ever noticing any of them leaking

I just shook mine(or the one I'm using) upside down and it didn't leak. I watched your video and I can see the gap that looks like the cap isn't screwing down all the way. Does it just not tighten when you screw it?

If I were you, I'd buy this bottle and swap out the cap. Return it to Jeff Bezos if it also doesn't screw down tightly.

Are you sure it's the same? I have literally 12 of these total including two stainless that stay cold for over a day. The lids are interchangeable and none have ever leaked. There is a ring that may have fallen off from the inside of the lid. If it's missing or not on place, that could result in a leak. These are great overall but I now prefer the stainless cups that are both leakproof and stay cold

I bought them in quantity because they don't leak unless the ring is missing and go in the dishwasher. That said, the stainless have gotten cheaper and although you should only handwash stainless, I now prefer those.
