It conveniently "expired" today and within minutes a "staff" member "reposted" and it immediately goes to Frontpage and won't give credit to the original poster because of your own made up "rules". Thanks!

Good deal. But with so many great equipment deals lately, I don't have floorspace for another piece of equipment. Otherwise, I'd grab this.

Can you buy more weight stacks to add? I don't know if weights have some kind of universal size...

Brought it in jun at 280. Quality of the machine is not that good. I can see down the line it was not a good investment. A lot of the exercises are also not practical. Only thing worthwhile was the chest press and leg raises. Seat positioning is also not adjustable so if you got short legs your out of luck

You would run into a problem with range of motion if you added extra weights. The stack would likely bottom/top out before you finished your motion

Bought at $280. If you have the space go for it for $200 but just know it's pretty limited. I basically only use the pull down, row, and leg extension parts. It helped kicked off my weight loss and fitness journey of the last 5-6 months so I'm not complaining but it's worth no my much more than the $280 or so price.

We try to be fair and abide by our site rules with any and all members and staff to make sure deals are posted fairly. Since your thread was posted more than a week ago (over a month) with no new comments in 5 days (18 days) we allow a new thread to be posted again that isn't considered a repost. But thanks for sharing your thoughts, we have actually recently extended the repost rule to 5 days (instead of 3 days of no comments) and are always listening for ideas to improve our site, so we will keep your observations in mind.

I've been working out for a good 25 years of my life.
Individual muscle group exercise is good but whole body workout is the real deal imo.

Breaking it down and recovering day in and day out. It feels like building fatigue into your muscles over and over again.

Just taking a break from all sorts sports now. I just feel like doing it all at once brings out the most optimum results.
They're all connected to work together at the same time.
