This is a great deal. I, along with many others, had to jump through a lot of hoops to get Best Buy to price match Amazon's deal yesterday. I wish I procrastinated instead of wasting an hour with Best Buy yesterday lol.

Haven't seen a better deal for this TV. On Black Friday it was $797 or so on eBay but no GC. Seems like there are a lot of sales for LG OLEDs lately... I sort of wanted to wait on a 65" but jumped on this instead.

Slick deal indeed for effective price of $700+ tax for a brand new OLED 55 inch tv (accounting for the GC).
Not sure if this is a blip. It seems to me that TV sales are a bit slow and LG is pushing the sales by discounting. One can only imagine the price BB got for this to sell it this low, while Amazon is at $800 without GC. I just checked Amazon price.
Of course, C4 55inch would be higher but I wont be surprised to see them getting offered sub $1000 soon.
