These appear to be SOPAKCO brand (Sure-Pak), a long term supplier to the U.S. military.

Edit: I blew up the photo of the open pack and these are in fact SOPAKCO brand, widely sold on Amazon and other places for $5-$10 per meal.

Decent price. Usually sold in a 14 pack for 50 or so dollars. The odd number makes me wonder if it is from open boxes and just counted out. May be older dates or more repetitive.

​Thanks. I noticed that as well and updated the listing accordingly. I thought the sales tax exemption was exclusive to me as I live in a state with no sales tax on groceries.
