does this actually work or is it placebo - i was reading somewhere that regular vaseline has a pretty similar effect to Mederma, it's mostly the physical action of rubbing that helps break the scar tissue down

Couldn't find this, where did you get this info. It would literally defund any scar tissue healing medicine down to… "just rub some dirt on it"
