Seems like all the reviews for the past year indicate they were send a used / wrong model for this vacuum. Reviews 2023 and prior were good. So something really weird going on with this product, doesn't seem worth it
I pulled the trigger, but am slightly concerned about the reviews. Most recent do seem to be about used machines. I'll see how it comes and return if there's any issues.
