it's 4k.

not a lot of gamers have desktops or consoles that can push ultra settings above 120 fps, let alone 60 fps

not a lot of gamers care about ultra settings

not a lot of gamers care about 120 fps

not a lot of gamers exclusively play competitive fps

let's not push toxic gaming gatekeeping culture.
This is amongst the dozen reasons I am thrilled I am not a "gamer."
So cringe every time a "gamer" felt the need to chime in on a non-gaming monitor deal.

Lol fr. The annoying ones love to litter every monitor post. Plus anyone who knows gaming knows damn well they're not getting name brand 120hz 4K monitors for <$200.

Exactly. If someone has to point these facts out then he's not much of a "gamer"

Fortunately people have families and outdoor interests and no time for gaming.

Keep in mind there are different definitions of "open box" used by sellers. When it is used at a direct retailer like Best Buy, it means it is a customer return (usually excellent) or a store demo (fair to good). If it's from ebay or a seller like this, it's basically a used item in hopefully decent condition, so just assume that is what it is. It may or may not be in "excellent" condition, but it is definitely a pre-owned item.
