Super YMMV. I asked a bunch of friends to check and only about 25% of us get the deal price. Some lower, some slightly higher, some at full price. I have no idea why it is doing this. My brother that lives 20 min from me gets full price, so I ordered for him. Has not arrived yet though. I "see" $10.98 on this 2-Pack [walmart.com], but it adds to cart at full price for me.
