Native refresh rate 60Hz
Most people, sure. But I think if you're spending over a grand on a TV, you're likely caring at least a little bit about image quality and want some nicer features. At this price, 120Hz would be nice. But alas, if you're not doing any gaming on the TV then I suppose it ultimately doesn't matter that much.

What games run at 120 Hz????

Er. Most of them? Depending on what you connect to the TV many games can get up to 120 fps. You would need a 120hz TV to see that improvement. All that said at a point there's diminishing returns for an eyeball. Higher refresh also helps with tearing and other symptoms of cheaper displays.

I am confusing FPS with Hz. These consoles don't have the juice to run 120fps natively with max graphics. The consoles are adding frames to get the higher refresh rate

My Xbox series one runs 120 HZ and then on top of that requires a HDMI 2.1 connection. I believe these are just regular HDMI inputs.

Whether they're doing voodoo or something else, the PS5 pro can run games at higher at higher than 60 fps and at 120hz. Not to mention better input response. This is from Sony and reviewers as well. Come to think of it the base PS5 can do HDMI 2.1 and 120hz as well. FPS is more dependent on the game, and whether they throttle it or not. the system can do higher than 60 tho. you also said max graphics. some people will sacrifice graphics for performance.

Depends on what your laptop has as output and what it supports graphics wise. With HDMI 2.1 and a powerful enough integrated GPU you could push it to 120hz 4K

Dumb question but do all 4K monitors have the same horizontal and vertical pixels?

Same number of pixels. Different pixels-per-inch.

Most are standardized. But they're not always exact. 4K means that there's around 4000 pixels on the horizontal axis for each row. The size of the screen will change how dense those pixels are and how clear the picture is. So a 4K tiny monitor will have a sharper image than a 90" 4K tv.

Always felt like PPI is a better indicator of image sharpness. But then things like viewing distance also matter.
