Mine arrived all crushed and when called I was on the phone for at least 30 minutes then I was told I would get them shipped in a box. When I checked nothing. I guess I get to call again.
The part that sucks is they told me I could throw them away.

Yes! And they were crumbs instead of cookies. I don't order cookies from them anymore.

Odd, are cookies offered as part of this deal? They don't seem to be now so were they previously or just a generic question/comment about an Amazon food purchase experience?
I'd be concerned eating things from Amazon outside of their normal packaging. If it's in a clear bag with green printed writing, it's Amazon Resale/Warehouse and definitely they should not resell returns.

Not free, I paid for them. Then they lied to me and said they gave me a refund, but they didn't refund me. Now I'm into this thing for almost 30 minutes (the first call) and the cost of the cookies.

Cannot even tell if this is a good deal after promo and 15% S&S.
All that being said, this deal seems pretty good because the costs don't seem overly inflated compared to previous deals I've seen posted.
