FF7 Remake Intergrade refers to the PS5 port of the game that has graphical and framerate improvements, and it also includes the DLC, Intermission, that follows another character which is meant to be played after finishing the main game.
So this is the version you'd want to play. The game's sequel, FF7 Rebirth, was released on PS5 earlier this year.
If you enjoy the game, I'd also humbly recommend playing the original game, which is available as a download on PS4/5, since there's a lot you'd appreciate more about the new trilogy if you have some knowledge of the original game.
So despite me having that version installed, can I buy this one too and play it to get the summons?

Isn't she in her young teenage days during this part? People being upset over this is... disturbing.
but still, being upset about removing CGI cleavage, it doesn't get much lower
