There's a risk of going mad hatter from mercury, but it has to be better than eating processed foods. I keep a lot on hand (good prepper food), so I eat it regularly to keep the stock fresh. On most days, lunch is two packets with mayo and hot sauce. I've been doing this for about ten years with no ill effects.

If you're that worried, stick with canned salmon. Good stuff! I still eat tuna but mostly skipjack.

Aren't these tuna packets processed?

I picked up the Spicy Chile flavor the last time and am personally not a fan of 'pressed fish' in envelopes so I won't be buying it again though am sure its highly processed as well

I like these packets for making sandwiches. But 12 pack of the same flavor is too much. I prefer buying them in the supermarket different flavors. It would be nice if amazon had a variety pack or let us get 1-2 of each we want.
