I just got these on BOGO last week at Publix and honestly, not a fan. Firstly, you get 40 but each dose is 2 drops so you get about half as much as you'd expect out of the bag. And then even still, after having 2, my throat still hurt and I really didn't get the numbing sensation I was expecting. The elderberry charry flavor is not too bad though. Next time, I'm paying more for the Vick's drops that'll numb me and clear my airways instantly instead

It's a shame the parent company doesn't have a better pharmaceutical brand than Mucinex to market lozenges. Most people associate the name Mucinex with guaifenesin (mucous thinner), which doesn't taste very good.

I get the honey lemon ones, they taste pretty good and do a decent job. I didn't even realize you're supposed to take two, one does the trick for me.
