Fisher space pen refill fits just fine, just use the included plastic Parker adapter.
Until someone requires an emergency tracheotomy, or you need rescuing and have the bottle and paper, or have the opportunity to spitball shoot. A uniquely important piece of kit, sadly, like slide rulers, lost on the young.
