It sure is and a great deal at $300 off normal price. The owner of this company is Tom V who is the V in SVS. He founded SVS and then split to open his own company so he knows a thing or two.

If you email him asking anything, he responds super quick day or night including weekends. Awesome to deal directly with the owner of the company you are buying from.
I think the Italian b&c driver over the Chinese neo driver will be worth it, especially at this preorder price.

Klipsch is not even in the same league as PSA. The sub you are referencing is a 12" and the PSA is 18". Big difference. Not to mention the amp difference. Very different buyer pool for each.
