Real talk: these are bike tire inflators. Despite their descriptions, there are no discernible differences between the different models that claim to be for car or truck tires. There were plenty of review videos out there, but some look like they've been removed. Make no mistake, these will perform poorly on anything above about 40 PSI.

Normal common cars are under 40psi anyway

Is the battery size the only difference the 4in1 and 2in1. The product descriptions are so confusing.

I have one of these in the trunk of my car and ive used it to refill the tires a handful of times including 2 flats zero issues. I cant vouch for heavy use but its better to have it for those roadside emergencies than not. Cheap tire plugs and this beats a spare donut every time.

And road bike tires are over 80 psi. So good for normal cars and bad for road bikes?

I have a similar product in the same price range and it does my road bike tires just fine (small volume of air, so it is pretty quick) It also works fine on car tires but, does take significantly longer to fill even if I am trying to only get it to 35psi... still works fine. The first cold snap every year causes my car tire light to come on and I use something like this to top it off. by the fourth tire it is starting to get a bit warm. I find it really handy but, I would only use it for an occasional light duty use case. In reality that is probably what most people use these for anyway.

From my experience, bike tires (70+ psi) need to be inflated higher than car tires (35+ psi)
