The Soon veggie shown here are my favorite. We usually buy the beef broth ones in the red "Shin" packets, but if you use a whole packet of broth/seasoning powder for both, the Soon results in a spicy but less spicy experience.

These cups also usually have larger dried vegetable pieces than the packets. I still recommend chopping up some fresh green onions or other add-ins of your own, but the cups are nice if you don't have that option.

Fat is fine as long as it's good fats. It's saturated fat you should watch if you're concerned about your cholesterol (like LDL). Poly and monounsaturated fats are good. This has a decent amount of those but also a good amount of sat fat. It's also sodium city like most noodle cups.
