Depends on your budget. This is a good option, or you could go all out with the 98" QM8 for $3k

Can read everything about it here

Not sure how accurate the data on rtings is, but the idea that it might only have 200 dimming zones on 85" would be a huge problem (although this price is still pretty great for a 7 series).
But yeah I expect around 1000 dimming zones on a 65" these days (& at least 1,500 on 85"). 200 is going to be a problem on a massive screen like this, can't recommend that.
Looks like 2024 QM7 has between 1250-1500 dimming zones on 85" for comparison. The 75" has 1250 & the 98" has over 1500; rtings doesn't list the zone count for 85" but I'm assuming it is in between based on size.
2024 model added miniLED technology, but overall score on rtings only improved from 7.9 to 8.1.
85" 2024 QM7 also has between 1250 & 1500 dimming zones, up from 200 on the 85" version of the 2023 Q7.

Im trying to hold as long as I can but possible tarrifs got me anxious on it all.
I'm still not seeing it at that price. I'm getting 2 options from 3rd party the lowest one is way over that. Are you looking at the 75"? I see the 75" for roughly that price but not this 85"
Pretty similar TVs, two differences being the:
1) HDR brightness (7.6 vs 8.8). Not a big deal if your room is dark.
2) Lighting transitions (7.0 vs 8.0). This is due to the QM7 having a lot more dimming zones. Fast moving content doesn't look as smooth, like sports.
At the same price, I might take the 10 extra inches and less dimming zones.
