Search yields: 500 Error An error occurred while processing your request.

I'm using FIREFOX BROWSER to go to slickdeals.net everyday. But today, it's getting an 500 ERROR CODE. First, it shows 500 error code on the main page slickdeals.net. After I tried to find out what is 500 code error meaning. It said that I should CLEAR BROSWER'S CACHE AND COOKIES. I followed it and clear cache and cookies of slickdeals.net.

After I clear cache and cookies, I could able to go on slickdeals.net main page no problem. But when I click on any product deal, it shows 500 code error again. I checked with other browser like CHROME and EDGE. It seems to be fine. It only got problems with FIREFOX BROWSER from today. Admin needs to check the website.

I attach few pictures to show the problem below.

Hi all.

We've admittedly had some difficulty trying to consistently reproduce this issue on our end but our teams have made some changes to attempt to fix the problem. If anyone is still seeing the error, can you please reply back and confirm?
I'm having this issue on my iPhone and Mac, both Firefox. Latest version as of 3/16/24.

We need a bit more information to triage.

Can you provide a link to the pages you are getting 500 errors? How are you typically searching -- the search box in the top or another location?
What search queries are you using?
Windows / Mac? Redesign / Classic? Browsers? App?
Does it happen when you're only signed in or signed out?

Windows 11. Edge and chrome.
Signed in and signed out. Incognito mode. I can view the front page deals but when I click on any it'll load for a split second then go to the 500 error

Hello, thanks for your reply. I don't typically search but often use a bookmark to go to my preferred page https://slickdeals.net/deals/tools/?sort=newest
However, I have not had an issue since completely clearing all of my browser cache. Firefox may have updated since I posted too.

Hi, sorry I didn't respond. Didn't see your reply. Any link that goes to an actual deal page, usually clicked on directly from an email with a found deal. Top page works fine. Results from any sort of search spawns the 500 Error. A random deal link: https://slickdeals.net/f/18245287-dewalt-20-volt-max-cordless-1-2-in-drill-driver-w-2x-20-volt-1-3ah... loads the page just fine initially, but as soon as the page finishes loading it immediately is replaced by the 500 Error page. (I can click on the "Get deal at " button if I'm quick enough and that spawns a new tab which loads just fine.) This happens on my Windows 11 machine. Firefox, Edge and Chrome all have the same problems. Cleared cookies. Tried loading with extensions on and off. Tried getting a different IP no difference. Tried disabling my antivirus protection and firewall too. No difference. Page loads okay on Opera GX and Brave browser. Behavior occurs whether I'm signed in or out.
