Never heard of the brand until today.. but good enough for me for a 4 burner griddle + lid/shelves + soft cover + sauce bottle holder. I'll let you know how it goes when I get it Friday.

Never heard of this brand, though the grease trap in the bottom left is awesome. That is the perfect spot for it. Though, I question why they would make this foldable. How often is someone really going to need to break this down and haul it somewhere? It is over 100 lbs. The steel also looks flimsy. I would have a hard time passing up on the Member's Mark model from Sam's club that looks to have a better build, similar features, $75 cheaper, and a better return policy.

This looks identical to the blue rhino razor griddle I owned a few years ago. Seems they have cut out blue rhino from their branding . Was pretty solid overall. I liked the hole location, grease trap that doesn't stick out the back. Wasn't perfect heat distribution, but it was pretty good overall.

If I was in the market for one, I definitely consider it. I liked the flip covers, worked as pretty sturdy shelves for prep/cooking. Legs do fold down and are very sturdy when up. This is portable, but it is very heavy.

I got the Blackstone adventure ready briefcase griddle few months back just to get my feet wet on the griddle cooking. I liked it. But wasnt a fan of the location of the grease trap in the back (couple of times I forget to take it out after cleaning and it solidified). I'm hoping because the front drawer location of this unit, I'll be better at it. The feature isnt a deal breaker but value wins everytime.

And I like the collapsible side shelves/lid too. Smaller real estate when not in use

Similarly spec'ed Blackstone would've been at least $350 when you consider lid, soft cover, windguard, and that bottle holder. And thats if you can get that hit/miss Lowe's deal recently for 36" for $200--which my local store didnt have.

Interesting.
As a Blue Rhino Razor owner, I agree. Super solid and I love the design upgrades compared to a Blackstone. I've had mine for about three years now.

So the order arrived earlier today. Easy to assemble and already went through the seasoning process.
One thing to note, this is technically a "5" burner unit... the left most burner loops in a circle vs your standard single burner. This is probably because the grease trap is also on that side. Overall pretty happy with the initial quality so far.

How are you still liking this griddle? How's the evenness of the heating? Any significant cold/hot spots?
