It's a thing. Any thoughts?

Direct showing more info on 4/2 9AM EST.

A patent leak the other day showed that indeed the joycons can be used as mice this time.

I will be getting one -- unlike a Switch. Hooray betting on backwards compatibility for the new system while playing through the backlog. And I can finally return the Switch I borrowed from a friend to play TOTK.

Holy crow, there's life in the GL?

Idk if I'll ever get a Switch. The XSX and the PS5 I bought are still sitting NIB lol. I've come to the point I'm just playing gatcha games on mobile.

Whoa, a new post in the GL? That's like coming across the dead sea scrolls in some random cave.

As for Switch 2, yeah I'll get it at launch, my kids love mario party, mario kart, all that shit. I just hope the docks are the same and current switch controllers are compatible.

I may be a caveman but I'm also a trendsetter! bounce Hope alls y'all are doing well.

godfather, I'm guessing the dock will be different (since it's a different size) but I'm betting that old joycons will work (until they die of stick drift). But that's just a guess.

I also have been using my PC mostly. I did fire up the Switch for the first time in literally years to give my partner's kid a chance to play Super Mario Odyssey. I haven't even played the latest Zelda game(s). Not sure Switch 2 is likely to be on the horizon for me, but maybe eventually.

I actually bought odyssey despite not having a switch since I was counting on BC. it was something like $14 on Staples clearance. still haven't opened it

Same! I mostly got the switch for my kids, and it's been a blast playing old and new Nintendo games with them.
